***We encourage people to attend individual weekends that interest them, or all four weekend modules to complete the certificate. There is no expectation that if you attend one weekend learning event, that you will attend them all. For those interested, the certificate program will be made up of 4 residential weekend modules, plus ongoing support for home-based practical learning and supervised participation in leadership teams for youth events that draw youth from a variety of communities.
